ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate at our very first pop-up event with our exciting new footwear company,
D’Amelio Footwear, you play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life and creating memorable
experiences for our customers. Your dedication and passion make you an essential part of our team.
Part Time / Limited Time and the position is not eligible for benefits. Hourly Pay: $15-17 based on
experience
Your primary responsibility is to engage and connect with customers, ensuring they receive
exceptional service that fosters brand loyalty and product knowledge. Your expertise in our
products enables you to educate, inform, inspire, and help customers find the perfect style to
complete their wardrobes. Your knowledge and experience are invaluable in guiding customers through
their decision-making process.
To deliver a truly exceptional customer experience, you will collaborate closely with your
leadership team, utilizing an omni-channel approach. This means seamlessly integrating multiple
channels, such as in-person interactions and digital platforms, to provide customers with a
best-in-class experience at every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Take pride in the brand, product, store and team to deliver a compelling shopping experience for
our customer.
● Promote loyalty by educating customers on the product
● Seek out and engage with consumers to drive sales
● Build sales by maintaining a consumer centric approach and using selling behaviors through
interactions with consumers
● Support consumers with trying on the footwear
● Support the back of house when needed and report inventory daily
● Ensure the space is consumer ready at all times
● Must know how to use a POS System for check out
● Must have customer service experience
